The Director of Marketing, Admissions and Advancement works with the Admissions and Events Coordinators to execute the marketing, communications, enrollment and fundraising goals of the organization. The most successful candidate in this position will be adept at communicating the ANS mission and core values to a wide variety of audiences via written word (website, social media, other) as well as being highly efficient in managing our alumni database, schools’ social media outlets and organizing and implementing special events

Duties and Responsabilities

Works with Admissions:

 • Contriving and presenting ideas and strategies to recruit new students• Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns that target Kinder age new students • Organizing events such as open house and programmed visits to Kinder centers and other institutions to attract new students • Work in conjunction with the BO during the budget preparation process in developing a target number of applicants each year • Attain the target number of applicants each year • Create, keep and manage database and use a customer relationship management (CRM) system • Conducting research and analyzing data to identify potential new students • Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency 

Works with Events: 

• Coordinating, supervising and planning school events 

Works with Alumni: 

 • Work closely with technology in keeping social media outlets updated with valuable information• Manage and maintain the alumni database • Planning, Supervising and coordinating fundraising campaigns and events 

Other: 

 • Design and publish marketing campaigns for ANS and ELI• Develop and implement systems to update the ANS website and social media content • Marketplace analysis

Reports to: General Director

Supervises: Coordinators: Admissions, Events and Alumni

Interfaces with: Business Director, School Principals, IT, Alumni, ELI

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: 3 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Academic Level: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline

  • Idioms: Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Skills: - Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills• Exceptional and effective communication and writing skills both English and Spanish • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent ‘people person’ with the ability to build relationships among staff, parents, and alumni; • Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution • Committed to continuous learning • Demonstrated ability to analyze data • Ability to analyze the effectiveness of all marketing and communications efforts
