The Marketing Manager will lead and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate engagement, and drive growth across multiple platforms. Reporting directly to the Director General, this role requires a dynamic professional capable of blending creativity, analytics, and project management to deliver impactful results.

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives across digital and traditional platforms. Oversee content creation (copywriting, graphic design, video editing) to strengthen brand storytelling. Manage and optimize SEO and SEM strategies to increase visibility and lead generation. Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance against KPIs and ROI goals. Develop and maintain the corporate website (CMS management, content updates, engagement tracking). Manage social media, email campaigns, and influencer marketing activities. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand alignment. Administer the marketing budget, prioritizing projects aligned with the overall marketing strategy.

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager in service-oriented companies.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Proven experience in content creation & strategy (blogs, videos, social media).
  • Proficiency in data analytics to monitor performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience in social media management and email marketing.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
